Lincoln Square Expansion is a visionary 1.5 million square foot mixed-use development that defines the 360° lifestyle of the Northwest. Contemporary luxury lifestyle hotel, W Bellevue, chef-driven restaurants, eclectic entertainment and smart, sophisticated retail, all located in the heart of The Bellevue Collection. Including, 16 luxury cinemas, nightlife and entertainment make it a popular urban destination by night and day.
A few of the restaurants and retail to check out would be The new Nordstrom Rack, Soul Cycle, Dukes Chowder House, Taylor Shellfish, Henry’s Tavern, Fogo de Chão and Japonessa which are in addition to the previously announced restaurant with award winning chef Jason Wilson in the W Bellevue.
Henry’s Tavern is a bar and grill that will offer 100 beers on tap. Fogo de Chão is a Brazilian steakhouse and Japonessa is described as a sushi cocina, which is Japanese food with “hints of latin flair.” Henry’s and Japonessa also have locations in Seattle.
A fine dining restaurant is also planned for the top floor of the office tower.
