As you prepare to sell your home, you may find yourself looking at that window pane you’ve been meaning to replace and that broken stair you’ve been avoiding for years. A few repairs or painting needs shouldn’t stop you from getting your home on the market.

That’s where the professionals come in — I have a group of trusted vendors that are reliable and efficient!

When we conduct your CMA, I will provide you with a list of items in your home that might need repair or sprucing up. You know your home well, but it helps to have an outside opinion and a professional perspective on the home to ensure you are of aware of everything you can do to achieve your selling goals.

The repair list I give you is entirely optional, but doing the things I recommend will attract the best listing price possible for your home. Making small upgrades do help your home sell for top dollar. Upgrades can include painting walls, fixing leaky faucets and replacing cabinet hardware. My recommendations are to be helpful, not daunt or overwhelm you. In fact, I am here to help you with the entire process; assisting you every step of the way as we prepare your home for this current market!
