Deb is a Residential Loan Expert Licensed in WA., CA., and OR. She has served many happy families and individuals for the past 25 years, and as a result, is honored and humbled to have a 100% Referral based business. When Deb began her career in the Mortgage Industry in 1992, she discovered a great need for proper Home Buyer Education and launched a very successful series of Home Buyer Classes that were taught weekly. The classes grew in popularity, and she was regularly invited to teach Home Buyer and Home Seller education at local businesses to their employees. Deb is very PASSIONATE about helping clients to successfully navigate thru the Home buying process! Over the past several years, obtaining a mortgage has become increasingly difficult. Her number one priority is to insure you are educated and guided each and every step of the way so to eliminate confusion, provide clear and concise communication, listen intently to your cares and concerns, and overall, provide a superior home buying experience. After all, its not just a house, its your HOME!

I spend a great deal of time monitoring the markets and watching key technical data that when not monitored, can cost you or save you literally, thousands of dollars. In Deb’s personal time, she enjoys working with youth, spending time outdoors (when it’s not raining), spending time with Senior Citizens (she loves their wisdom), chasing the little white or bright pink golf ball, and spending time with her beloved four legged furry sons – Jake and Wilson, an entertaining Jack Russell Terrier and Wilson, a very appreciative rescue who was living on a tree in South Carolina.
Deb has been recognized by Seattle Magazine as a Five Star Mortgage Professional for the past several years including 2017 – a designation awarded to less than 4% of mortgage professionals in the area. She has served and is an active member in the Seattle King County Women’s Council of Realtors, Women Business Owner’s of Seattle, and Executive Women International.
